Our story
We left the big brokerage to build something better.
Northline started when three agents grew tired of quotas and call scripts. We wanted to give people the honest, unhurried service we'd want for our own families — and to use modern tools to make it faster and clearer, not colder.
Ten years on, we've helped more than 1,600 households move across Greater Austin, almost entirely by referral. We've stayed small on purpose: every client still works with a named agent from hello to keys.
