Our Story

Founded on a simple belief: represent fewer clients, better

Julian Hawthorne opened our doors in 2004 with a contrarian idea — that a luxury brokerage should feel less like a sales office and more like a private bank. Fewer engagements. Senior attention. Absolute confidentiality.

Twenty years and $1.2 billion in sales later, that idea remains our discipline. We decline more listings than we accept, so that every client receives the full weight of the house.

What Guides Us

The Hawthorne standard

Discretion, Always

Off-market strategies, private showings, and confidentiality agreements as standard practice — never an afterthought.

Senior Counsel

Every engagement is led personally by a named partner with a minimum of fifteen years in luxury markets.

Relationships Over Transactions

Ninety-six percent of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. We plan in decades, not deals.

Market Mastery

Proprietary data on every significant sale in our markets since 2004 informs each valuation and negotiation.
